Movement Tampa

Jeff Foxenberger

Over the past 20 years, I have studied and instructed many different types of methods and practices that have led me to a realization that all of these things are under the umbrella of human movement.

I have worked with clients of all skill levels, ages, and athletic capabilities.

All humans need to move their bodies whether this movement involves injury prevention, rehabilitation, or performance enhancement. Body motion can range from extremely technical and individualized to playful and general.

Thorough research continues to investigate the human brain and its connection to our body’s movement. Modifications are made to my practices as medical research and technology continues to develop. Determining what each person needs in order to move well is an ever-evolving process.

When clients come approach my services, I guide them through the process of developing a better relationship with their bodies. The ability to choose the appropriate method, at the appropriate time, in the appropriate way, for each individual fuels my passion for sharing the art of movement and its association with the physical and mental aspects of the human body.
