Explore the details of complex locomotive patterns that require a higher attention
to detail.

This workshop is for all levels, whether you are just starting out, or an experienced mover, this environment is based on learning and exploring complex locomotive patterns. If you are a personal trainer, strength coach, physical therapist, yoga instructor, or just curious about developing a movement practice for yourself, we will explain the WHY, HOW, and WHEN, to utilize locomotive patterns.  This 2 hour workshop is a great way to learn new material for your practice.

Jeff Foxenberger

Jeff has explored many different methods and specialties that range from manual therapy to yoga to sports performance for over 20 years. This experience has led him to a realization that a shift is taking place in the industry into a movement based perspective. Over the past 2 years he has been exploring the Ido Portal method and would like to share how it has influenced his practice.

Jason Lapiana

Jason is a teacher of physical development and movement practitioner. From a young age Jason took interest in all sorts of sports which kept him active his whole life. Just as the body craves a variety of nutrients from food, it also craves a variety of movements for optimal function.  His training system is one of a generalist background, taking aspects of various specialized disciplines such as martial arts, gymnastics, calisthenics, strength training, and dance to provide clients with the essential tools to build a strong, resilient and bendy body.
