Over the past 20 years I have studied, participated, and instructed many different types of methods and practices that have led me to a realization that all of these things are under the umbrella of human movement.
I have worked with kids of all ages, adults at all levels, high school, college, and professional athletes. From injury prevention to rehabilitation to performance enhancement, we are all humans that need to move our bodies. How we do that, can range from being very technical and individualized, to very playful and general.
The process of determining where to start with clients has evolved within my practice over the years. As research, methods, and practices evolve in the industry, I will continue to explore and evolve as well. This perspective allows the choice of a wide range of tools and methods appropriate for each individual client. The ability to choose the appropriate method, at the appropriate time, in the appropriate way, for each individual, is what I am passionate about.
